Date
Attributable to about the 4th century CE on palaeographic grounds.
Origin
Possibly erected originally at findspot.
Provenance
Reported to have been found at Nagarjunakonda, during excavations by the Department of Archaeology between 1954 and 1955, in a field near the palace area (ARIE). May this be equated with site 113? Not identified during fieldwork from February 2016 onward.
