- Provenance
- Possibly one of the slabs bearing inscriptions whose ““letters are in the shape of floral designs”” seen and printed at Ghantasala by Somasekhara Sarma 1974: 2 some years before 1974. Its estampage is now presumably lost. Identified at Ghantasala Museum (without an acc. no.) in February 2016.
