- Buddha in stone; h. 108 × w. 62 × d. 11 cm. The inscription is engraved on the pedestal of a standing Buddha on a lotus, carved in a niche. On a band at the top are a Bodhi tree and geometrical figures. On either side are also carved a mountain with a gandharva on it, a stupa, a five-hooded serpent and a devotee.

- Discovered by J. Burgess on the path on the west side of the stūpa, in the course of his visit on the site in 1882. Identified at Chennai Government Museum (acc. no. indeterminable) in February 2016.

gods and humans in the saṃsāra that is
characterized by the faith, that comes from the true (?) Well-Gone. May all
followers of the Well-Gone (saugatyā api
?) rejoice (...).
